Description

On every start josm .
error message : " preference file error , bakup old preferences and create new ".
same clean install and first start ?

windows XP , java version "1.6.0_12"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_12-b04)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 11.2-b01, mixed mode, sharing)

josm start ok with old preferences file ( version 4550 )
osm user config ok : login , pass osm ok
proxy config ok :name ,user , pass etc ..

In [4770/josm]:

change validation method. this should work around the java bug (see #7206)
