Toolbar Action problems with piclayer plugin

Just saw this in the CL when starting up JOSM.

Also, every time you go into the preferences menu (F12), this problem shows up in the CL.

added images for menu actions - I'm not a designer, so suggest better images if you can :)

Found another one. :( Found this one when I downloaded some data. Then it started popping up like crazy in the CL.

Every time I open up the Preferences menu, it shows this message at least 3 times in the CL.

I just saw that this functionality (ability to hide MapMode entries at the right toolbar) was added to latest JOSM core for all MapModes, so removing these menu entries is the best way to have all functions in one place. ​[o27166]

Now no such Toolbar action without name appear to me...

Hiding PicLayer mapmodes after layer changing is still working.
