[patch] in potlatch2 style foot and cycle-oriented pathes paints over by bridges property

I use "potlatch 2" build-in map style.
Currently all foot, pedestrian, cycle and tracks shows same (as white line) if bridge flag set. I propose a change to keep drawing on the bridge too.

Attach shows some path without changes and with patch applied.
I am not sure I change correct file - maybe, other files should be changed same way, and file I change will be edited automaticaly.

Thanks, I added z-index: 5; to all way styles, because that's the default z-index in Potlatch 2 (Halcyon) if I recall correctly. (In JOSM it is 0.)
