Description

I have data in an OSM file that is confidential and must not be uploaded. Whenever I view or edit that data I must be extra careful to not download data into that layer and also to not upload the private data.

If there was a way to mark a layer or file as "private" it could prevent accidental uploading and avoid downloading into it. It could also automatically prompt to save changes but have the upload option unchecked.
