Could not load plugin Columbus CSV. JOSM 4487

Description

After upgrade to JOSM 4487, when I start JOM, it bring an error message, saying

"Could not load plugin Columbus CSV. Delete from preferences?"

And offers to disable plugin, or keep it.

I've used this plugin for a long time, and it worked like charm, before.

I've lots of other plugins enabled, so may be there is some kind of conflict.
Please suggest how can I get and provide more details, as I understand this is probably too generic, to be helpful.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain OliverW.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
