[Patch] Provide shortcuts for History and Advanced info dialog

This patch maps (re)maps some shortcuts:

  • [Ctrl]+[I] to the advanced object info dialog
  • [Ctrl]+[H] to the history dialog
  • [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[I] to advanced object info on osm.org (former [Ctrl]+[I])
  • [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[H] to history information on osm.org (former [Ctrl]+[H])

Furthermore, it removes "Inspect" from the popup menu of the selection toggle dialog.

Quoting avar:

Perhaps it would be logical to eliminate the history dialog as such and merge it with the selection dialog? Users could click some icon to display the history of a given selected object.

I second this. For me, this patch makes the history toggle dialog superfluous.
