Some Plugins didn't get updated after recent i18n fixes

Description

Just noticed that several plugins got updated in ​[o26509] with i18n fixes, yet some of them didn't get their jar files updated. Are they planned to be updated, or are the ones that were updated in ​[o26511]/​[o26513] the only ones that are going to updated for now?

I will update them after translations are done. No sense in releasing translation fixes without the actual translations.
