Auto-suggest/complete for addr:street values

If I add a ‘name’ key in the ‘Create new relation’ dialog there is an auto-suggest based on way names, similarly for ‘name’ keys when tagging ways.

It would be useful for something similar to happen when adding ‘addr:street’ tags to ways so that the already-existing highway names can be entered with less chance of error.

i.e. make ‘addr:street’ an analogous field to ‘name’ in determining auto-suggest/complete function.
