utilsplugin2: paste relation allows to add a relation as member to itself.

  1. created a relation with one member.
  2. select that member and Ctrl-C
  3. select relation and paste relations

The relation gets member of itself. -> child-parent loop

This should be prevented like it is done in the relation editor.
