Josm logo looks bad on big-logo GUIs

When you work on a GUI that uses big logos (like Canonical's Unity or the new Gnome-Shell), the logo is very pixelised.
See the screenshots: I could edit the .desktop file, so the launcher has a good logo (although the standard OSM logo, not the Josm logo). But once the app is running, the pixelised logo is shown in the dash on the left.
