In the relation editor "download (selected) incomplete members" is not offered for new relations (id:0), instead both buttons are grey.

This happens with cloned relations and with new created ones.

Ok I checked it.

It only happens, with a "unsaved new relation".

Either clone a relation with incomplete members in the relation editor, or select incomplete objects and add them to a new relation. Once you click on OK to close the relation editor and reopen it the functions work.

It is even easier. Just clone a incomplete relation from relation toggle dialog and try to download within the upcoming relation editor.
