Plugin string constants do not appear in launchpad for translation

I've submitted a new plugin called ImproveWayAccuracy about a month ago.

Unfortunately I still cant see my string constants from tr() and the description available for translation in launchpad. I’ve asked about it several times on forum/IRC and looked in the documentation, but found no answer.

What did I miss?

It is done manually and I was a little lazy lately. For monitoring the updates see here and ​here.
