[PATCH] New icons for power facilities

I didn't like the current icon for power=tower, so I created a new one. I also created a transformer icon for power=transformer. Both are available as a contrasting and a plain version to fit most styles.

Added new icon for power tower in ​[o25996]. The transformer icon is a little too technical, it needs at least a lightning bolt to indicate electricity related topic.

For which tag combination should the icon be used? Or should it replace an already existing icon (which?)?

That would be for power=transformer. It's not yet used in any style because it's not available yet. I'll add it to my power style as soon as this is available in josm and, if desired, also to the default style.

Potlatch uses an icon based upon the same source for this as well.
