Description

1) the dialog window should allow the selection of different building values via a dropdown list instead of always using "yes"
2) if called upon a building with a building value other than "yes", this value should be preselected in the dropdown list.

There are more than buildings to terrace. Would be nice to have buttons to add and delete tags with a dropdown list, like it works in the selection toggle dialog
