Thanks a lot for your work.

You get a warning about "illegal tag/value combination" for highway=road.

There is no problem with this tag and it might be totally alright.

I think this way you will not find many newbies to use this tag, and the will use highway=unclassified instead. Which is wrong.

I think the category name is not very well chosen since there are no illegal value/tags but suggested tags are missing or there are temporary tags.

In r4280 it says "temporary highway type - Suspicious tag/value combinations". Does this go along with your suggestion?

We changed that "illegal" in the past.
