[PATCH] Add missing "lanes" line to street presets

Description (last modified by rickmastfan67)

Can we have the missing "lanes" line added to the options in "Preset group Highways / Streets" please? The following presets in that group are missing the "lanes" line:

Tertiary
Unclassified
Residential (also wouldn't hurt to add the max speed line as well to this one)

And there are a few others in there. It would be a great help when adding new roads that I can add the lanes at the same time without having to do it afterward.

Alright, tonight I've installed Eclipse to make a proper patch for this. It took me several hours to figure it out (the Youtube videos were helpful, but left a few steps out, like what plugins to get), but I think I've did it correctly this time compared to my previous Gas Station preset patch.

I've added the missing "lanes" line to Tertiary, Unclassified, and Residential Street presets. I've also included the missing speed line for residential roads as well in the presets.

Please tell me if I've done this patch correctly this time. :)
