josm (tested) crashes at start

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. open josm-tested.jar

What is the expected result?
crash while the start window (splash?) is shown.
What happens instead?
No main window is generated

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
same error when giveing more memory

Please retry with josm-latest. Can you reproduce this there? If yes, please attach your configuration (using the entry in Help menu).

this is not reproduceable in josm-latest. But there bing is defective, so no real alternative.
