Description

After downloading v507 I get the error 'Error reading plugin information file:0-site-http___josm.openstreetmap.de_wiki_Plugins.xml' when trying to got into preferences.

This is on Win XP.

Have tried deleting existing file and clearing down C:\Documents and Settings\xxx\Application Data\JOSM with no change.
