relation editor window problem

The relation editor doesn't permit any more to change the height of the upper section (I can't move the division between the tags of the relation and the roles/members any more).

Do you still have this problem ? If so, can you tell us more ? (OS, Java version, look and feel). A screenshot could be useful, too.
I found the reason for the problem (at least in it's current state): I can move the divider up until it touches the "delete" button and can move it down until there is room for one icon below the icon for "download selected incomplete members". The relation editor window has a lot of fixed vertical space because of the icons on the left. One optimization would be to allow that the button for "download selected incomplete members" goes beside "apply roles" (change the layout of this dialogue, now the remains always the space for one icon). Another idea could be to arrange the icons on the left in two columns instead of one.
