waypoint names from gpx tracks are not always displayed

for some but not all gpx files from a garmin 255W, waypoint names are not displayed in josm. josm version being used is 3592
attached gpx file has named waypoints where the points are displayed, but not their names.

This has been fixed in the meantime. Names are correctly displayed with latest JOSM.
