Description

To reproduce the problem:

  1. Disconnect from the Internet
  2. Start JSOM with OSB plugin and do something
  3. Everytime, OSB plugin tries to download bugs, a message just containing the OSB hostname appears.

What does this patch do?

This patch enhances the OsbPlugin class to show a more understandable message "Unknown Host: [hostname] - - Possibly there is no connection to the Internet." in the previously mentioned scenario.
