Hello,

it would be a good idea, IMHO, to advertise the license change in JOSM's main page (the one with news).

This is because many users aren't aware of the license change at all -- we've seen a quite of them on talk-it@ and on #osm-it.

This has the net result that, users who don't even know about the license change, don't agree to it (even if they would be willful to do so), and thus count as pro-CC users.

What do you think about it?

I mean, something like "Hey, did you know about the license change? Please read carefully and decide!", not pushing any one option in particular :)
