Add option to unglue an area from highways

Description

Implement a unglue feature that allows a user to specifically unglue an area from a highway. This is useful when mappers have glued nodes of an area (for example farmland) directly to a passing highway, making it difficult to put anything between the farmland and the highway e.g. a bus stop.

The feature should duplicate the nodes attached to the area, leaving the unglued nodes selected so that the user can easily move them away from the highway.

Try to select the way and then press "G" (unglue).
