It'd be nice if JOSM could store multiple sets of authentication credentials and some way to easily switch between them.

Including a different url so that JOSM can be used on mapping sites that have a different license.

I should have pointed out in my original bug that authentication credentials would be oauth or username/password as well as storing the remote server URI.

This would be useful for switching between the live and dev systems OSM(F) host, as well as switching to non-OSM(F) hosted services. In addition this would be useful on the live OSM(F) server when you used one account for bulk uploads, and another account for regular editing.
