Description
Wmsplugin Version 22761, Josm version 3465
When wmsplugin.url.overlap is set to true, and wmsplugin.url.overlapEast, wmsplugin.url.overlapNorth values are set, two shifted and partially overlapping version of the image tiles appear.

I expect tiles with a different (shifted) cut, but positioned in such a way that images are exactly overlapping. At least, that is the way it used to work until my latest update.
Now I see shifted images, that is to say that there are parts of the images that appear two times, at short distance. I find this feature useful to overcome nasty watermarks which are superimposed on a specific tile corner, but now it is just unusable for that purpose.

Probably my fault, I did wms plugin refactoring and I didn't test this feature.

What do you expect? This is the intention of that parameters.
