A LOT of gpx tracks fill entire screen with popup information

After downloading tens of thousands of GPX points for area, there's probably several hundred tracks in use. When moving mouse cursor over gpx layer, all those tracks are described in a VERY HUGE pop-up, which fill entire screen and is hard to get rid of.

I suggest either not displaying this popup at all, instead moving tracks information in "Properties" dialog.

This gets really annoying when said popup fills your screen without any delay after moving the cursor over the layer box - and beyond (and not letting the cursor stay still in that box). Sometimes you can't really get rid of that popup without leaving josm's window for some seconds.

I support the idea of moving this into some normal dialog since there are some links in the popup which you can't click or copy at the moment.
