item type doesn't allow comma separated values

Description

In a preset file, the following line works ok when JOSM starts:
<item name="Road" type="way">

But when the type attribute is a comma separated combination of "node", "segment", "way", e.g.:
<item name="Road" type="segment,way">
JOSM issues an error parsing the preset file. And no presets are available.

I used latest JOSM (version 484, 2007-12-07)

Is this an issue anymore? It seems the structure of the presets file has changed a lot since version 484.
