Filter does not work on relations

Description

Using: tested, 3329.

Steps to reproduce:

  • create a multipolygon, tag it landuse=forest
  • create a filter to show only landuse=forest
  • the multiploygon is not shown / is disabled (depending on Hide elements setting)

Expected behavior:

  • all members of relations, matching the filter are shown and are editable.

I concur. While the filter is great, this diminishes its usefulnes in situations.
