Description

Please warn the user and maybe supply a direct link to download parents, if the user tries to split, connect or delete ways with not yet downloaded relation-membership. This also is needed for deleting nodes.

If I download all incomplete members within the relation-editor, I do not download the members other membership-relation. If I split one of this ways I break all these other relations, without noticing.

I think we need a warning here.

We should download memberships as well instead of warning.
