If I want to ignore a test via button in the sidebar it should be deactivated in preference menu. Otherwise there is no way to reactivate it.

"ignoring elements" should be renamed to "ignore temporally".

This is not possible. The only way to reenable ignored tests is to delete the file containing the ignored stuff. The config options and the tests to be ignored aren't identical and thus cannot be matched to disable apart in config.
