Alt-B now tied to Public Transport menu

Alt-B, which used to activate the "Add Tag" function, is now tied to opening the Public Transport menu. Given that one of these two functions is used (as a conservative estimate) 500 times as often as the other one, there should be an obvious key binding for it.
