Description
Often software has an indicator if a document has unsaved changes. From the past I think to remember that JOSM had such a thing too: When the active layer had unsaved changes, the window title had a * in it. Well, currently it always has one if some layer is loaded, maybe that's a bug, maybe I'm wrong about the past.
Anyway, I'd like to be able to see if a layer has unsaved changes at a glance. I propose that either what I wrote above or add the asterisk in front of the layer name in the layer view. Or both.

At least with r4064, an active layer with unsaved changes causes a * in the window title bar.
