Keep the ordering when selecting highlighted relation members

Description

When highlighted relation members are selected, the ordering will be random. It would be much more convenient to have the selection in the same order, to allow copying some members in the same order from one relation to another.

Yes, thats not nice if you want to move a relation (part) to another relation. The only help was to save as *.osm, edit xml and load the *.osm
