I found not localised strings in Preferences window ( Russian version. But the same strings in German version are localised. See attached file.

No, it's not localized in German version, either.

(In [3037]) fixes #4598 - Not localised strings in Russian version

in I18n.gettext() look in pstrings if the string has not been found in strings
