Presets too restrictive

JOSM doesn't allow (any more?) to apply presets on objects that are not of a predefined type (node, way, area) and refuses with this error message: "selection unsuitable". I think it would be better to be less restrictive and write "selection seems unsuitable" (and probably a pop up: "selection seems unsuitable for this preset: are you sure you want to continue?)".

If you want to apply a unsuitable preset, just untick "Show only applicable to selection" in the preset dialog.
