If you use a comma ',' in a bookmark name, this bookmark will be saved without a warning. The values in the bookmark file are seperated using commas. So when reading the bookmark in again at next JOSM start, the bookmark syntax is wrong and this bookmark is just ignored.

An easy and "good enough for me" solution would be to raise an error dialog "Comma's are not allowed in bookmark names". The "perfect" solution would be to encapsulate commas in bookmark names somehow.
