On the map i work, i got an error when i want to upload it to OSM : "Precondition failed : Way 41956649 requires the nodes with id in (513067046), which either do not exist or are not visible".

Can't found a way to bypass this error of found it on the map.
I found the way (city limit) but the node can't be found (seems if does not exist).
The loast node probably appears when fixing a conflict...

I my map completely crashed ?

First save your work, then try to update. You should get conflicts. You can upload after resolving them.

(What happened is that user Daeron has deleted duplicate nodes while you where editing this area.)
