Description

  1. Open a large layer, e.g. a small country dump
  2. Make some changes to a subset of the dataset
  3. Synchronize the data set
  4. Conflicts are detected due to changed data on the server
  5. any uploading from JOSM, even "Upload selection" where the selection isn't affected by the conflict gives "There are unsolved conflicts in layer X"
