Please check for FIXME=* and not only for fixme=* and show it under "correction notes".

I know that tag name should not be in capital letters but FIXME= is quite spread and with capital letters it is always on top of the tag list. This leads to using it because the first tag you are offered applying a new tag is FIXME= if it is already used in this area.

It might have to do something with this changesets. That why I reopend this ticket.

Objects with a tag=FIXME are not listed in validator under "correction notes". I did not check for tag=fixme, but I think this is not listed aswell.
version 3040 and validator from yesterday (25. Feb).
