Can't undo 'convert to data layer'

Description
If you convert GPX to data layer, then you can't undo it. Argghhh :-(

Currently, the undo buffer covers only the data layer. So any changes to other data (e.g. a GPX layer) can never be undone.
Changing this, would mean even more memory usage and would still be rather complicated. Considering, that converting GPX to OSM layer is an rather unusual action, it is worse, if this has a too high impact on the common usages..
