Untagged way and segment colour preferences

Description

The colour preference for segment still appears in the default config and prefs panel.

Untagged ways not added in default config/prefs panel code, only added to prefs after shown in josm for the first time.

source:trunk/src/org/openstreetmap/josm/gui/preferences/ColorPreference.java seems to contain a reference to segment.

there are no segments now. try update josm to latest

Yes, I know this... The preference was not removed with the rest of the segments code in the 0.4->0.5 transition.
