Upload dialog's "Upload to '$URL'" isn't updated when the API URL is changed in the preferences

Description

  1. Edit data
  2. Change API URL in preferences
  3. Try to upload
  4. Old API URL is shown in upload dialog title

If I restart the correct URL is shown.
