Previous changeset comment gets overwritten

Description

How to reproduce:

  • Have at least once uploaded a changeset with comment from JOSM
  • Upload a changeset with comment from another JOSM instance/Potlatch/another editor and leave the changeset open
  • Do some editing in JOSM
  • Open Upload dialog and load open changesets

What happens:

  • Changeset ID and previously used comment is shown (See JOSM_previous_changeset_comment1.png)
  • *but* if you select one of the previously used changesets from the dropdown the comment is overwritten with the one last used in JOSM before (See JOSM_previous_changeset_comment2.png)
