As the topic suggests: there is a bug with the Layer order: the gpx-layer defaults above the data-layer, but it should be below.

Now the gpx-Layer defaults below all layers (including the WMS-Layer). It should be below the data-layer but above the WMS-Layer, and the slippy-map-layer.

A new GPX-Layer is now created below the lowest data layer
