Description

For some revisions now the josm main window always starts behind the shell window it wascalled from. Very disturbing.

On what window manager? What version etc? When I build r2371 and start it from gnome-terminal or xterm in compiz 1:0.8.2-0ubuntu8.1 on 9.04 it starts in front of the shell window like it always did.

Hmm, happens only on my laptop and not on desktop machine. So it is a KDE system setting. Only I did not change any KDE settings for months. Strange.
