please see my suggestion (attached image file) to improve the styles and presets dialog in the preferences, as I'm not really satisfied with current UI - it's just not intuitive.

hints:

  • modifications are drawn red
  • arrows pointing to new locations for buttons etc.
  • tooltips written in [] brackets
  • german words and phrases are examples only
