Description
some ways which are members of relations can't be selected.
Selection by mouse click is impossible. also selection in the relation editor doesn't work
this is not a general problem but seems to happen mainly with incomplete multipolygon.
after deleting the relation the way can be selected by mouseclick as usual
one example is this one

- Priority changed from blocker to normal
- Summary changed from way member of relation can't be selected in version 2276 SVN to selected multipolygon not always rendered in selected state
Now you can select again but I keep the ticket open: when you zoom or move the area, a selected multipolygon is not rendered in selected state any more.

After the fix, if you try to search in the selection (like searching for "type:way selected" to select only ways from selection), nothing is found.
And if you try delete selected way(s) from multipolygon relation, so you could add them then to new relation, they get all unselected and NOTHING is deleted.
Currently, splitting a multipolygon into two smaller ones is now almost impossible - if you split outer multipolygon into two, you then can't remove selected members from the multipolygon relation.

The same way here. All multipolygon relations with connected outer or inner ways and a tag JOSM knows as area. The tag could be at the relation or at one member.
