Description

Do the following steps:

  • Download an area of OSM data
  • delete (and modify) some nodes/ways
  • save this to a file
  • restart JOSM
  • reopen the saved file
  • upload the changes

=> only modified (and new) objects are uploaded (the deleted nodes/ways will not be uploaded i.e. not marked as to be deleted)
