Audio position reset when downloading new data

The audio position is reset to the start when GPS data is downloaded to a new layer.
Adding a WMS layer similarly resets the audio position.

All layer switches restart audio position. Currently a "remember position" for each layer is missing, as the internal audio concept has still some problems with layers.
