Description

Right now if you select 11 objects on the map JOSM will only open 10 and put this in the terminal:

WARNING: launching browser windows for the first {0} of {1} selected primitives only

Instead it should display a confirmation dialog for >10 objects. Maybe someone really wants to open a web page for 30 items. And not a lot of people watch JOSM's terminal output.
